The respective Route Association must endorse the replacement form which is submitted to the Ministry with the current permit card and a valid insurance certificate. The usual process of inspection is carried out. A new Permit Card is issued and a banner affixed to the vehicle. A permit issued under the Act is valid for a period of 2 years unless it is relinquished by the Permit holder, or if the permit is cancelled. |
